Returns are handled on a case- by -case basis, whereas ZELLY VIBES STORE is found at fault for the return and/or refund.
Not all orders are eligible for a return or refund. Returns that are eligible for a refund will be given store credit and will require a handling & processing fee of 20% of the total order value, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original Shipping charges are non-refundable. Postage is to be paid by the customer and must include a tracking number.

Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. Possible reasons for delay include:
1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country
2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft.
3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others
DELIVERY & TRACKING
ZELLY VIBES STORE processes orders on week days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Although most items purchased will be processed within 3-5 business days of the order, it can take up to maximum of 7 days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable ) once your order has shipped please allow 10-21 business days for delivery of your order.
Please Note: Tracking Numbers are NOT mandatory and instead are provided as a courtesy to our customers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

CUSTOMS
ZELLY VIBES STORE is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.
MISSING ITEMS
Some of our orders may be shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items within the allowable timeframe; please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your order.
INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, ZELLY VIBES STOREÂ has the right to charge a $4.00 fee for all U.S orders and $10.00 fee fo all international orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.
CANADA POST STRIKE
In the event of a Canada Post Strike, all Canadian orders will be processed awaiting fulfillment when the shipping option becomes available. If you place an order with a Canadian Shipping Address, our support team will contact you via email for further instructions. Please note, all wait times and delays occurred as a result of the Canada Post Strike do not fall within the allowable timeline outlined above in our shipping times.
CHINESE NEW YEAR
Please note, due to the Chinese New Year all orders placed on after January 25th will be processed, however will not begin shipping until February 15th. This may cause delays for your order, if you have any questions, please contact us.
Please note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. all shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. ZELLY VIBES STORE will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.
The fabric is FULLY machined washable, though you are better of waiting 24h before the first wash. You must use a full spin cycle at 40 degree using cotton or mix wash program. Additionally, we strongly recommend that before placing the fabric into the machine you turn it inside out so that the design does not come into contact with the washing machine’s metal drum or indeed with other rough fabrics such as jeans. This little tip will do wonders to improve longevity.
Additional Care Tips:
- Using a tumble dryer is recommended. The quicker the fabric dries, the better the transfer will hold long term, just make sure to dry it when the garment is turned inside out.
- After the fabric has dried and you should you wish to iron it, again make sure to iron on the inside so turn the garment thereby ironing on the fabric not on the transfer.
- When you wash a garment with a printed image it fluffs up the image making it a little rougher to touch (and softer at the same time). When repressing with the silicon sheet after a few washes, it flattens the film which in turn holds the image on the garment, making the colors more solid and a little brighter
- It is important to make sure that you use either color friendly washing detergent, which is common these days.
Additionally, you could also consider extending the time between washes. In mild or cold weather, some cloths such as t-shirts can be warn 2 or 3 times before requiring a wash unless the garment is stained. It may sound ridicules, but washing the garment less often is the best manner to get your T-shirt lasting longer.
